When placing your order and selecting way of shipping (airfreight, seafreight,  express delivery, local courier), The Living Mark Limited will follow your instruction and send you a proforma invoice for confirmation. The expected delivery times are estimates only. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment in the destination country is responsible for all Import Fees.

To obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the The Living Mark Limited website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items are transfered to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in Hong Kong.

If you refuse a shipment from The Living Mark Limited, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to The Living Mark Limited. The Living Mark Limited complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our vendors.
Prices may vary by country on selected products and we will send a separate invoice for delivery cost to you for confirmation.


When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM (Hong Kong Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. The Living Mark Limited will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.


Your privacy and personal data are important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as description, to our international carriers and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
